I liked that when I made a booking and I paid and it said confirmed with a confirmation and my money was taken not only did it go to the wrong hotel and I had to contact them for refund which wasn’t right away. All I asked to switch rooms and I would’ve been OK, they gave me a refund went back to my card wait seven days so I feel like the hotel took a long and they would give it back when they want. Why is it so hard to just switch reservations via fax or links to the other hotel, you guys should work on that pronto. Oh wait, another complaint too many zombies walking past my room I can’t even get a fresh breeze with my door open without someone asking me questions like I’m at the source or something if there’s anyone with any decency in the world of Motel 6, they will contact me or Bradley my complementary room I’ve been a customer with you guys since since 2008 we must get it together guys there’s no incentives for long-term customers are you gonna give me my money back or credit another room thank you for your time pay attention I will be waiting on your response.

Absolutely nothingThe heater didn't work and it was -2 degrees outside. At first she tried to charge me 89. I said the heater doesn't even work. She still charged me almost 70.
